This Formative Assessment Item Bank will hopefully provide teachers with hundreds of test items to be exploited in designing quizzes and global tests.

Item Banking covers any procedures that are used to create, pilot, moderate and store test items so that multiple test forms can be created from subsets of the total "bank" of items.

I've just downloaded ur "connectors" doc, but I haven't found any connectors or cause/effect expressions; only Phrasal verbs!

There are connectors in Khalid s document. Just scroll it down and you ll find the sentence combining exercise there.
