Thank you for responding.
I know that the No Child Left Behind was not a success. I have read some of Stephen Krashen s articles in the topic.. The Bush administration had put in its mouth more than it could shew with their WHEN IT COMES TO EDUCATION FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION motto.
