Khalil,
Do you know Dr. Badrul Khan? He is the author of many books including Web-based Instruction and he was my professor and academic advisor for my masters program, Educational Technology Leadership at George Washington University. I know he was involved in ISTE at some time and maybe even now. I haven't talked to him for some months. His wife, Komar, and I worked together 2001-2003. Love her!
